Q1. "I am knowing the answer since yesterday."
Fix: I have known the answer since yesterday. — "Know" is a state verb (no continuous form), and "since" needs a perfect tense.
Q2. "She has graduated in 2022."
Fix: She graduated in 2022. — A specific past year requires Past Simple, not Present Perfect.
Q3. "By the time he arrived, we ate dinner."
Fix: By the time he arrived, we had eaten dinner. — The earlier of two past actions needs Past Perfect.
Q4. "Did you ever visit Paris?"
Fix: Have you ever visited Paris? — Life-experience questions with "ever" use Present Perfect, not Past Simple.
Q5. "I am waiting for you since 3 hours."
Fix: I have been waiting for you for 3 hours. — Duration ("3 hours") pairs with "for," and ongoing-since-the-past needs Present Perfect Continuous.
Q6. "Tomorrow at 8pm, I will study."
Fix: Tomorrow at 8pm, I will be studying. — An action in progress at a specific future time needs Future Continuous.
Q7. "She was studying when the phone rang, and she answers it."
Fix: ...and she answered it. — Both past events should stay in Past Simple/Continuous, not switch to present.
Q8. "By 2027, she will graduate."
Fix: By 2027, she will have graduated. — An action completed before a future point needs Future Perfect.
Q9. "I have seen him yesterday."
Fix: I saw him yesterday. — A specific past time word ("yesterday") requires Past Simple, not Present Perfect.
Q10. "While I am cooking, she called me."
Fix: While I was cooking, she called me. — An interrupted past action needs Past Continuous, not Present Continuous.
Q11. "She has been working here since 5 years."
Fix: ...for 5 years. — Duration requires "for," not "since" (which pairs with a starting point).
Q12. "He will finished the report before the meeting starts."
Fix: He will have finished the report before the meeting starts. — An action completed before another future action needs Future Perfect.
