Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

We would rather fix a problem than keep money from someone unhappy. This page sets out when a refund is given, when it is not, and how to ask.

Lessons booked with a tutor are covered separately by our Tutoring Terms, which deal with free trials, no-shows and cancellations. Where that page and this one differ about lessons, the Tutoring Terms apply.

1. How to ask for a refund

Write to orders@bitwithbite.com from the address you ordered with, within the window below, telling us what you bought and what went wrong. We reply within 3 working days.

2. Courses and digital downloads

3. Personalised pages and Memories

A Memories page is made to order from the details you send, so work starts as soon as you pay.

4. Subscriptions and recurring plans

5. Application and consultancy packages

PhD and application-support packages are booked time and bespoke written work.

6. When we will not refund

7. How the money comes back

Refunds go to the method you paid with. We process within 5 working days of agreeing; how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank or payment provider, usually 5 to 10 working days.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. If local law gives you a longer cancellation period or a stronger remedy than this page, that law applies, not this page.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan, consistent with our Terms of Service.

10. Contact

Refund questions: orders@bitwithbite.com. Anything else: our contact page or email info@bitwithbite.com.
