How do I reset my password? +

Can I switch from Free to Pro? +
Yes — upgrade at any time from your account settings. Your progress and data carries over. Pro starts at $9/month (annual) and includes a 7-day free trial with no charge if you cancel early.
Why isn't the AI Tutor responding? +
First, check our System Status above. If all systems are green, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, please email info@bitwithbite.com with your account email and a screenshot.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription? +
You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no questions asked.
How do I apply to become a tutor? +
Click "Become a Tutor" on the homepage or contact info@bitwithbite.com. Applications take 5 minutes. We review within 48 hours and start onboarding immediately for approved tutors.
Can my school use BitWithBite? +
Yes — we have an Institution plan for schools, colleges, and tutoring centres. It includes bulk seats, teacher dashboards, progress reports, and curriculum mapping. Email info@bitwithbite.com for pricing and a demo.
Is my data safe? +
