The five deliverables are: Workflow Audit → AI Tool Mapping → Build One Automation → Before/After Comparison → AI Stack Presentation. Let’s get started.

Current Workflow Audit

Document your current week

Before you can improve your workflow, you need to see it clearly. Spend 20 minutes mapping out your typical work week. Your goal: identify the 5 most time-consuming repetitive tasks that you do regularly and would love to speed up.

Build One Automation

Choose your highest-impact task and automate it

Pick the single task from your audit with the biggest potential time savings. Build a Zapier, Make, or n8n automation that uses AI to handle it automatically. Here are three proven starter projects:

Option A: Email → Notion — Auto-save important emails as Notion notes with an AI-generated summary (Zapier + Notion AI). No more losing track of important conversations.

Option B: Calendar → Brief — Auto-generate meeting briefs from calendar events the night before (Make + ChatGPT). Walk into every meeting prepared.

Option C: Content Pipeline — New blog idea added to Notion → AI draft generated → Saved as Notion draft ready for editing (n8n). Cuts content creation time in half.

Measure your actual time savings after 1 week

After running your AI stack for a full week, fill in the before/after table. Real data beats estimates — track your actual time, not what you expected to save. This data becomes your proof of ROI.

Create your 1-page visual AI stack summary

The final deliverable is a clean, visual 1-pager that summarizes YOUR AI stack. Use Gamma.app or Beautiful.ai to create it — both have AI that will generate a beautiful layout from a bullet list in 30 seconds.

Your 1-pager should include:

▪ Your top 5 AI tools (with what each does for you)
▪ Your #1 automation (the Zapier/Make flow you built)
▪ Your total time savings per week
▪ Your top tip for someone just starting with AI
